Rapidly advanced to IT Manager role in charge of daily operations of the IT department managing seven

employees. This includes Web Developers, Web and Print Designers and IT Technicians. In charge of many

day to day devices. This includes over 200 remote users operating on Android Tablet devices connecting to

a custom made ERP software suite. In charge of designing and implementing various systems such as an

Asterisk Server for internal VOIP solution, a Strand Video server for our IP Securi ty Camera solution, and a

Brivo Access Control system. Management of the in-house data center operations including the design and

maintenance of the Windows and Linux servers as well as the services and applications applicable to them

such as Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, Exchange, MS SQL Server, QuickBooks, Openfire, Apache, and

MySQL.

Key Results:

Migrated from Windows XP to Windows 7. Supported over 200 end users across multiple states.

Migrated production environment from Server 2003 to Server 2008R2 to Server 2012. Upgraded from a

single server environment to a custom built server room utilizing datacenter standards consisting of

seven windows servers, including four hyper-v virtual servers in a Microsoft Failover Cluster, two SAN

devices with high availability replication and five Linux servers with a goal of 99.999% uptime .

Migrated from analog security camera system to a custom designed IP based Megapixel system including

design, construction and implementation of a Strand recording server.

Upgraded from Nortel PBX to Cisco IP phone including design, construction and implementation of an

Asterisk VOIP server (Switchvox) using SIP trunks.

Designed and implemented an access control system spanning four buildings using the Brivo ACS OnSite

SE solution.

Lead a team of developers to create a new Business Service Management software solution from the

ground up utilizing input from the Marketing/Business Development, Sales, Estimating, Project

Coordination and Department Coordinators tracking jobs.
