Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Schoolhouse Administrator. Sole staff on the ground charged
with initial stand-up and daily management responsibilities of a new Schoolhouse for the Secretary of the
Air Force (SAF/US(M) Staff Office, at Air University (AU), United States Air Force (USAF), Maxwell
AFB, AL. Directed the evaluation process for AFSO21 courses into AU education systems. Coordinated
and managed the delivery of AFSO21 courses at the Schoolhouse. Planned and facilitated the delivery of
AFSO21 Senior Leadership courses at remote bases worldwide. Built and managed AFSO21 training
calendars on SAF/US(M) SharePoint site. Managed CPI Schoolhouse information on SAF/US(M)’s

serving represented employees of AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya Communications. This
