EMPLOYMENT

Wraparound Facilitator, Oakland County Wraparound Program

Facilitated Wraparound meetings for families having school age

children at risk out of home placement. Developed strength-based

treatment plans and connected families to needed resources in their

communities. Worked closely with professionals throughout Oakland

County Schools, Community Mental Health, Juvenile Court, and Child

Protective Services. Provided crisis intervention. Trained new

facilitators and was a Field Supervisor for Oakland University BA

Social Work Program. Provided support at MET and IEP meetings

throughout many of the schools in Oakland County.

Substitute Paraprofessional, Birmingham Public Schools

Provide assistance in the classroom for students diagnosed with autism

and down syndrome ranging from preschool through high school

Family Service Worker Intern, C.A.C.S. Head Start, Lansing

Taught parents new problem solving skills and parenting techniques.

Connected families with emergency services. Facilitated a parenting

support group.
