PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: Since 2006, I coordinated operations for ECHO federal contracts at FAA
(Leesburg, VA), USGS (Reston, VA), and DOT/EFHL (Sterling, VA). In 2012, I started the CIS (Secure
Computing) enclave in Dulles, VA, developing it into one of the most productive job site in ECHO history, doubling
the amount of employees assigned there within a year. I have held clearances with DOT and FAA since 2006.
From 1998 to 2003, I was the most tenured case worker for Child Protective Services in Nueces, Aransas, and San

for the purpose of increasing employee safety awareness, OSHA safety code compliance, and reducing work related
injuries. Investigate utility line hits, including power, gas, and communications. Take pictures, take measurements, fill
out reports, and conduct employee drug and alcohol testing. Investigate work accidents, including employee injuries
equipment damage, traffic accidents with company vehicles. Provide on going safety training to employees in the
field.

and non waiver caseload. Submitted quarterly and annual reports to funding sources, and corresponded with
stakeholders, legal guardians, parents, nurses, and residential group home staff. Coordinated supported
employment operations; supervised and supported 6 8 supervisors, and 30 40 disabled ECHO participants on my
caseload. Responsible for safe and effective job site operations, and tracked program participant achievement of
their objectives and outcomes. Developed staff schedules, assured coverage for job sites; provided effective
response to incidents, and modified environment to ensure health and safety of staff; provided training and
support for supervisors to ensure quality control.
Accomplishments: Supervised operations of federal contracts at USGS (Reston, VA), DOT/EFHLD (Sterling,
VA), and FAA (Leesburg, VA). Served as the CARF (Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation
Facilities) Human Resources Committee chairman (2006 2011). Other functions included interviewing; hiring;
preparing job offers; training new hires; performance evaluation, payroll changes, tracking of annual and sick
leave, perform annual staff evaluations. Developed and conducted staff training for the ECHO Work Place
Diversity program. Instrumental in opening new job site CIS (Secure Computing) in Dulles, VA. Excelled in
successfully promoting staff internally to management positions. Demonstrated commitment, versatility, and
volunteered for tasks outside of core job functions.

POSITION: CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES SPECIALIST IV Summary of Duties: Performed highly complex
senior level child protective services work. Initiated and completed investigations of abuse and/or neglect
allegations. Contacted principals and collaterals, and interviewed alleged victims and perpetrators using
audiotape recording. Conducted videotape interviews of alleged victims at the Child Advocacy Center
(Corpus Christi). Conducted global assessments to determine risk, including gathering psychological reports,
past abuse and neglect findings, and other variables. Served as a liaison to social service agencies, schools,
local law enforcement agencies, and attorneys. Conducted local and state background checks on alleged
perpetrators, interviewed principals and collaterals, performed drug screenings, submitted findings and made
recommendations to courts and judges. Routinely met with County Attorney and his staff, and consulted with
judges in preparing cases for court. Corresponded with lawyers, county attorneys, judges, doctors, and
therapists. Developed service plans, testified in court, used statewide computer network to collect sensitive
information, and submitted digital case files.
Accomplishments: Conducted joint investigations with the NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and
coordinated services with the Fleet and Family Support Center at the Ingleside Naval Station. Trained and
supervised entry level investigators, and worked under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the
use of initiative and independent judgment. Wrote affidavits and obtained court orders for protective measures
for ensuring the safety of children at risk. Investigated complaints alleging violations in public schools and
licensed child care facilities.
