My duties as an outbound associate was to throw cartons onto moving conveyor belts at a
fast paced. Perform all required procedures in a safe and efficient manner to maintain the highest
quality. I had to meet or hourly rate at 300-500 cartons as a team. Also I had to throw cartons to
specific cages to be shipped out to the shipping department. Another task was to label cartons
with print out labels and maintain area clean of any hazards materials.

In this fast paced environment, my job duty was to clear out the lanes in my specific area.
I had to build an eight feet pallet with merchandise coming down the conveyor belt at a fast but
steady paced. I was responsible for keeping my area clean of anything that could be a safety
hazard. We also scanned accuracy with our RF Scanned gun. We needed to receive at least 250
items every hour for 8 hours a day. We also shrink wrap our pallets so that they do not fall and
cause damage to the merchandise.

My job duty for this company was to maintain the warehouse throughout the day. I was
going around cleaning out Gaylord’s especially when they are overflowing with cardboard. I had
to take them to the trash compactor and empty out the Gaylord. During that time I was there, I
also receive my forklift certification and had to take down empty pallets from the high racks and
place them to specific trailer using a Krown Forklift.

I was a customer representative helping out our patients by possibly lowering their cost
for their prescriptions. We found out how much they have been paying for certain medications by
going into our database and the lowering their prescriptions by them switching to generic
medications. Everything is confidential so of course we only sent out that information to their
doctor to see if it’s a healthy choice for the patient. I also had to refill patients prescriptions
through our system or if the patients wants us to refill certain medications by phone. I had to
update patient’s information in our database so that every patient has an accurate profile.
