Highlights and achievements

As a Systems Engineer/Spec 2, I was sent to Pensacola Regional Airport for a project to design all the MCP’s and Control’s

for the Baggage Handling System without using an outside consultant resulting in saving over $500,000.

As a Systems Engineer/Spec 2 working at Los Angeles International Airport. The Project Manager needed help to get him

back on track with the project to program VFD’s. We achieved our deadline with my help.

While working as Controls Engineer, I quickly learned in how to use SAP to do order entry to fill the staffing void trained

to use SAP for order entry. I was given an Employee Recognition Award for my efforts.

As Controls Engineer working at Buffalo International Airport; I noticed the night shifts’ programming changes for the

Baggage Handling System kept on disappearing because the day shift kept downloading changes which created problems.

We had to augment a change in the way we dealt with down loading programs in our PLC’s which saved time in routing

bags on the night runs.

At Siemens Dematic, as lead for a project for a very important customer. I was in control of MCP and discovered that it

would require a lot more wiring to make the system work, and had to insure that it would pass NEC code. I brought the job

through to completion resulting in earning more business with that customer.

While working for Rapistan Baggage Handling Systems as Control Shop Lead I was working out of our panel shop located

in the DFW Airport area. I travel to Wichita, Kansas to wire up new controls for the customer and achieved the job on time

and within budget.
