support of Micralign and Micrascan Lithography equipment and various Modules of TWINSCAN. Responsible for all tasks, budgets
and schedules associated with producing major sub-modules. Provided daily direction and guidance for all manufacturing,
manufacturing engineering, financial and material requirements and personnel required to produce our products, reporting to the
Director of Operations.
• Managed an outsourcing program - 3,500 unique SVG heritage assemblies within a 6-month period.
Developed and implemented an outsource process, supplier selection, transitioning tooling and supplier training.
• Simultaneously planned and coordinated consolidation of the 901 facility into the Wilton facility (Mfg.
Assembly 25K-sq.ft. to 5K-sq-ft.)
• Directed a multifunctional manufacturing team to transition TWINSCAN Modules (Reticle Handling System
and Laser Module Assembly) from Philips, Netherlands, to the ASML facility in Wilton, CT. Evaluated and prepared a business
plan. Transitioning documentation, tooling and test equipment, material, technician training and facility upgrade. Target
objectives successfully met, reduced overall cost by 20% and cycle time by 50%. Successfully managed change in deep-rooted
company culture, redesigned internal processes, determined outsourcing of non-core activities and identify and end non-value

Production Manager:
Directed all phases of manufacturing in order to produce Medical Instruments, reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing.
Recruited by MLA for expertise in implementing strategies in these areas: Asset Management Program, Total Quality Management,
Continuous Flow Manufacturing, Employee Empowerment, Kaizen Events and Self- Managed Work Teams.
Re-engineered the factory floor and redesigned employee workstations. Increased factory utilization by 50% by eliminating
unnecessary manufacturing and stockroom capabilities. Reduced average manufacturing cycle times of instruments from 18 weeks to
3 weeks, improved quality yields from 80% to 95%, and increased inventory turns and improved financial margins.
Selected to shut down manufacturing in Pleasantville, NY, and did so by transitioning manufacturing of Mechanical and Final
