03/2011 to June 2014-(F/T) I'm assigned to the Holiday Inn Hotel in Manhattan as a
Fire Safety Director/Concierge/Security Officer. I assist the Manager on duty as
needed and greet the guests and visitors entering and departing the Hotel. I also
conduct Fire Prevention/Security rounds and distribute rapid check outs to Guest
rooms.

01/2009 to 04/2010 - F/T I was assigned to Broadway Hotel/Hostel, Fashion 26 Hotel
and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Manhatta as the Fire Safety
Director/Concierge/Security Officer. My duties were to monitor Fire Command
Station, testing and inspections of the Fire Protection System by vendors. My
responsibilities also included preparing schedules, Time Sheets, Fire Safety training
classes for hotel staffs i.e. Fire Drills, Evacuation Procedures. Supervise 3 Security
Officers. Pass on site with Broadway Hostel/Hotel.

02/2005 to 12/2012- P/T, I was assigned to United Nation Federal Credit Union as
the Fire Safety Director/Supervisor. I supervised 1 Security Officer. I was
responsible for monitoring the Fire Command Station and Vendors testing and
inspecting the Fire Protection System. I was reassigned to a new position with UBS.

05/2011 to 08/2012- F/T, I was assigned to 466 Lexington Avenue, Manhattan New
York as a Fire Safety/EAP Director. I was the lead FSD responsible for FCS, keeping
the binders pertaining to Fire Safety updated, conducting Fire Prevention rounds,
meeting with bldg occupants concerning Fire Safety Issues. Pass the on site..

Classic Security lost contract to T and M Protection. I had to resigned my position
due to the fact I was employed by T and M. I was offerred a full Time position at
UBS (United Bank Of Switzerland) as Fire Safety Dir.
10/2005 to 11/2010- F/T, I was assigned to St. Vincent hospital in Manhattan, NY,
10010 as the Life Safety Manager I was responsible for providing Fire Safety
Training for Hospital staff and Contractors. Managed construction site Fire Safety
inspections. My duties included monitoring the testing, inspection of the Fire
Protection System and conduct Fire Drills in building belonging to St Vincent’s
Medical Centers as outline in the New York City Fire Code, Hospital Fire Safety
policy, Joint Commission, New York City Building Codes, National Fire Protection
Agency. I Managed 15 Fire Guards/Security Officers amd 7 Fire Safety Directors.
Pass on site at Long island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
