SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

My work responsible for performing process operations related to process control, process

design or development, Demonstrated skill with set-up and operation of bioreactors and complex

apparatus for batch, fed-batch, repeated batch and continuous studies from bench top to 50L

scales, fermentation, yeast physiology (essential components in yeast cells), scale up and

downstream. My operation was involved in microbiological lab operations, media, solution,

reagents and sample preparation, sterilizations, inoculation of flasks and bioreactors, set conduct

experiments, tests, maintain laboratory equipment, harvest, analyses, centrifugation, gas

chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), pH meter,

Spectrophotometer and cleaning/sanitization. Compile records and interpret experimental or

analytical results.
