Flexicell Robot Operator

Setting up robot for the shift operation, including:

Checking all gate doors, making sure they are closed and no alarms for shift to start.

Also checking of pallets, making sure thay are in place and firmly against guide rails.

Checking of equipment,inside robot cell, to ensure operation of cases entering the cell.

Informing maintenance of any mechanical need or fault that may occur before and when in

operation.

Observing run of robot for correct placement of cases on pallet and also case count.

Computer:

Precheck of recipe data, Sku number, date, weight and correct name.(correcting if neccessary).

Smart Carts:

Precheck of carts making sure each cart has full charge and keeping carts in sequence to

maintain charge during shift run.

Pallet Despencer:

Checking pallets for damaged, loose or missing boards before loading them into despencer.

Observing pallets for proper loading onto Smart carts.

Shrink Wrap:

Watching and observing film as it wraps pallet and re tieing of film if breakage occurs.

Reposition of full pallet on conveyors if wrapping of pallet is not correct.

Always keeping extra film on stand by for next shift run.

Freezer Conveyor:

watching meals exiting freezer for correct film coverage, over weight and watching for jams on

conveyor.

Stand Up Lift:

operation of lift to load empty pallets into pallet despencer and also moving full pallets off of carts

when faults happen.

Electric Pallet jack:

Operating pallet jack to reposition pallets for coworkers and to bring supplies to coworkers.
