As HMG security cleared Technical Infrastructure Analyst (asset management
lead) for TNT Express ICS. I project lead all Asset Management audits of IT
hardware for TNT UK sites and headquarters. Travelling extensively throughout
the UK, responsible for auditing TNT sites in 80+ locations to produce data and
supporting documentation for the Global ITAM system. I am responsible for
Hardware lifecycle processes and procedures, creating these to gain (and
maintain) ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditation. This role also includes the support
of over 5000 workstations using software such as ServiceNow, Computer
Associates DSM, Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection/Encryption,
Citrix and Lotus Notes. This role shifts away from previous support based roles
to an ITAM/Project role. The strengths I brought to (and developed within) this
role include meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of Asset Management
systems, best practices and project planning. Awarded a management fast track
option before coming to Illinois in January 2014.

Extracurricular activities
I have a passion for travel, photography and short film making, cricket and I
am also a keen outdoorsman. I snowboard and mountain bike regularly, recent
trips have included snowboarding trips in Austria, France and the US. I have
recently taken up Frisbee golf and have a keen interest in Real Estate and
local history.
