seamless platform migration project and new conceptualised projects

The project CSTP- Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation with integration of Aviva existing Policy
admin, DMS,Financial and other allied systems. Responsibilities as Sr Business Analyst are
includes-
• Responsible for development and documentation of Business requirements for Integration of
ClaimCenter .
• Creation of User stories for different functionalities of CC in Different phases of SDLC
• Control of Use case development within estimated timelines
• Identify, Design and Implement opportunities for process improvement in Claim

Exstream customer communication management (CCM) solution. The project is US$ 3 million and
divided in different phases in terms of various business segments like Personal Line, Commercial
Line and Claims. Responsibility as Sr Business Analyst includes -
• Conduct JAD session or interviewed the customer to gather requirements
• Analyse and design solution approach, modelling solution, data mapping and documentation
in the Business requirement document (BRD)
• Interaction with technical team and support the approach and design of technical solution

• Designed and published testing documentation (e.g. test plan,test strategies, plans,
schedule, cost estimates)
• Designed and Review complex test cases and execution in seamlessly integrated

• Conducted training session for testers about flow and functionalities

in Asia. The project is a Web Application Development for US$ 6 Million, 32 month. As a Project
Leader my responsibilities included
Creation of POC for SPEAR project for all matters including Scope, Business Query, Schedule, effort and
performance
Providing subject matter expertise and managing requirement gathering for this large and complex project
Preparation of CRM strategy and modification of business process for the organizational plans, market
intelligence.
