Managed the suite of distributed systems that includes Securities Stock

and Audit Confirmation Systems while leading a global team. Delivered

projects that closely align with operational area's long and short term

strategic goals.

. Managed development of strategic real-time Global Error Tracking

System used by Trading Operations and enabled intra-day monitoring of

trading errors and real-time alerts based on thresholds and other

metris.. Improved data availability for account analysis by 24 hours.

. Project managed development of Risk and Approval Control Framework in the

Strategic Global Journaling Platform used by 1200 users in Operations,

central point of contact with division Internal Audit, to introduce

that included automation of the retrieval of client statements and

verification of client information resulting in reduction of personnel

. Provided technical oversight and led development functions for the GS

Capital Market Multi Currency Conversion Project migrating balances for

firm accounts from the Stock Record to the General Ledger.

. Acted as lead developer on project to support 1441 IRS Regulation on

Backup and NRA Withholdings, built an interface with the strategic tax

module.

. Supervised and executed Y2K and EMU user-acceptance testing for Core

systems. Developed software to replace key components of the system

according to contingency plans.
