Lead R&D Engineer/Safety Coordinator October 2013 - Present

• Formulated the first ever All-In-One UV-curable coating compatible with commercial prints produced from

any printer resulting in an additional $100k in revenue

• Saved 20% on all Bordeaux ink manufacturing uptime by readjusting parameters limits and modifying

procedures according to information obtained from QC data acquisition

• Eliminated all product defects caused from faulty manufacturing practices by standardizing production

procedures. Results: cut waste production by 5-10%

• Maintained a hazard-free work environment within the plant by training employees on basic safety

precautions, implementing new emergency plans (spills, fires, chemical burns) and setting strict PPE
