Summary
Currently I am consultant having most recently completed a request for proposal supporting Battlespace Flight
Services as a subject matter expert on Persistence Ground Surveillance Program. As a contractor I have
deployed to several countries in the Middle East, most recently Afghanistan, and to Saudi Arabia as Doctrine
Developer and Gunnery Trainer supporting the Saudi Arabian National Guard at the battalion and company
level. As a Production Integration Manager I supervised numerous one team partners and vendors for
PMA-281 Naval Strike Warfare Planning Center completing a full Software and Hardware Development
Lifecycle and successfully integrating and testing a Systems-of-Systems suite that was installed on CVN-70. As
a C4ISR Systems Engineer I have worked on several ACAT 1 programs such as the Army's Future Combat
Systems (FCS) later named the Brigade Combat Modernization Team (BCMT) program where I was the lead
for Acceptance Test Plans, Procedures and Reports and supported the request for proposals with basis of
estimates and CAIV. I have worked in the Pentagon as a System Analysts supporting the requirements for Army
departments that require the installation of encryption devices, SIPRnet, and Defense Messaging System. I
have worked with all levels of personnel from command officers, Senior Executive Service, vendors, and
government personnel to fulfill requirements, explain issues, and provide demos. I am a former United States
Marine, having both served as enlisted and an officer. I have transitioned my military training to the civilian
sector as my foundation for expediency, efficiency, and perseverance.
