P.R part numbers based on ERP requirements. Procurement was for The MedTech PR, NJ and

CT manufacturing plants.

Reviewed and analyzed the MRP.

Plan and procurement of parts based on results of analysis.

Interface with Functional areas as Materials, Quality Assurance, Engineering and

Manufacturing of MedTech plants and of its customer, Covidien Healthcare.

Follow up on hot parts with manufacturing, shipping and receiving departments to avoid any

stock out.

Support of Finance Department to solved all financial discrepancies (AP & AR) for both parts,

Covidien and MedTech.

Generate reports to follow up on shortages, reschedules, past due orders, and issue new

orders based on requirements.

PLANNER COORDINATOR TNT LOGISTICS PR

2003-2004

Responsible for the management of the manufacturing and delivering process from receipt of

orders, internal and external manufacturing to service after shipment.

Proactive identification, solution and communication of production and shipment impediments

Effective prioritization of manufacturing orders.

Follow up on Planner Coordinators group metrics of OTD, aging of customer returns repair

orders, among others.

Support Accounts Payable to solve discrepancies of invoices discrepancies from subcontractor

Dispatched and sold all materials bought by HP to its subcontractor EMS in Mayaguez, PR. All

materials discrepancies were resolved for which received a monetary bonus from HP.
