advance technical support for Western Region Field Engineers. Analyzed system diagnostic files used for

Disk Array raid sets for Virtual Tape Libraries (VTL). Configured NDMP Automatic Tape Libraries which

authenticate towards NetApp Filers. Automation (physical and virtual) and Data de-duplication RAID disk
