• Created daily spreadsheets showing how many customers visited our dealership and

what our closing ratio was. I gave this to the owner of the dealership on a daily basis.

• Meet and greet with customers to find an available sales representative that would best

suit the customer. I would also direct customers to the appropriate area they were

looking for.

• Perform weekly planograms to help set up the themes of the showroom.

• Would stock new vehicles into our inventory, making sure the serial numbers, model

and color matched up correctly.

• Worked offsite events with the dealership staff to promote business and drive sales. I

would establish a rapport with these customers so the dealership could maintain contact

with them.
