I was originally recruited to assist the sales team with quotes and new
client onboarding. Three months after being hired I was promoted to a
junior account manager. As a junior account manager I assisted account
managers by means of interacting and working with clients. I worked as a
junior liaison between the client and company for nine months then was
promoted to an account manager. After working as an account manager for a
year I was promoted to the marketing and sales coordinator position where I
worked directly with the Executive Vice President daily. My key duties
throughout my time at International data management were as follows:

collateral and direct mail pieces. I acted as a key role in ensuring
clients successfully transitioned their database to the company. Develop
presentation for new clients to help them understand the companies'
processes and how the company could assist them with raising money. Worked
with management to assist with forecasting monthly income for current and
perspective clients and assisted the clients with forecasting revenue for
mailings and other activities. Negotiated pricing for new projects with

ages 6 months to 12 years. I began working with the school age children and
after about six months began to work more with pre-school and

children at this center. My key duties were to structure, supervise, and

Originally recruited to assist with delivering and sorting the mail,
shortly after being hired I began assisting with workers compensation,
insurance claims and collections. Sorting and distributing mail to every
department. I also collected payments from patients, workers compensation
agencies, and insurance companies and applied them to the correct accounts.
Called and sent letters to patients for collections. I also contacted
insurance agencies and workers compensation companies about claims to help
obtain payments.
