Summed voxel projection
Gaussian filtering
The objective of this project is the segmentation and quantification of
drusen in two dimensional
images. We present o novel automated drusen segmentation method in spectral
domain optical
coherence tomography images. In addition we also provide a means of
generating a high-quality
projection image based on retinal pigment epithelium layer estimation.
