b. Encoding of guest / TA payments to HARMONY.

c.)Filling of collections per travel agency folder and FIT bookings.

d.) Check those guests who have outstanding balances or those who have

send bill arrangements.

e.)Check all daily account receivables if it is approved and supported

by LOA. If not, immediately call the attention of Front Office and

Reservation Associates.

f.)Check account receivable balance versus LOA.

g.)Follow-up payments to Travel Agencies/Corporate Accounts with

outstanding account receivables.

h.)Prepare statement of account for those companies/travel agencies

that settles/pay upon check-out of their guest.

i. Check daily revenue report and record to excel.

j.)Encode credit card payment and make necessary credit memo for

credit card discount and withholding tax.

OTHER TASKS

. Perform all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time

by immediate superior.

. Entertain direct telephone verifications of on-site personnel/FO

Associate/Travel Agencies/Corporate Accounts' accounting personnel

regarding account receivable related matters and resolves issues rose.

. Check and respond to emails at least 2-3 times a day.
