2001-2013 Senior Sales & Technical Manager, Indium Corporation of
America, Utica, NY
Responsible for sales of indium, gallium and
germanium Metals and Compounds in North
America. Technical support worldwide for these
products. Under my leadership, sales grew
from $3MM to $15MM and net profit grew at a higher
rate. My business development
skills were key in the discoveries of materials for
the FPD, CIGS Solar, and LED precursor
markets. I led ICA into each of these markets and
helped develop the products and
strategies for market penetration.

operations, sales management, technical issues,
and I helped develop several new products. All of
my clients were in the thin film and high
purity materials markets.
1996-1997 Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, Target Materials, Inc,

Redirected the entire company marketing strategy to
focus on production accounts and
higher profit margins.
Rebuilt the sales department and eliminated
domestic outside sales reps.
Redesigned the Corporate image through literature,
the first company web presence,
advertising, trade shows and customer contact.
Results: Increased sales and net income by 68% in
seven months.
1989-1996 Product Manager, Tosoh SMD, Inc. Grove City, OH
P&L responsibility for the Specialty Products
Business Group. Through market focus,
product improvement and cost reductions, increased
this groups sales from $1.1MM to
$3.3MM and improved net profit from (15%) to 11% of
sales.
Grew the Flat Panel Display products out of the
Specialty Group into it's own Business Unit.
Became Product Manager of the new FPD Unit. Led the
technology transfer of ITO
manufacturing process from Japan to TSMD. Grew this
business to $3.5MM and positioned
it for profit in 1997.
1985-1989 Supervisor of Metallization, Pennwalt Piezo Film Division,
Valley Forge, PA
Head of all thin film coatings on polymer
substrates. Supervised several technicians.
Personally developed new products and surface
preparation processes. Introduced screen
