To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Briann Bayne, a recent graduate of Ohio Dominican University. I have known Briann for four years. As the head coach, I hired Briann as a work study student her freshman year for the Oho Dominican baseball program. During those years she became more than a work study student; she became a very important part of our program. It is on the basis of this experience that I write this letter of absolute support for Briann Bayne.

Throughout her years as a work study student, Briann was responsible for an increasing number of tasks within our program. Primarily hired to take care of statistics throughout the year, her responsibilities grew as a result of her excellent work. She assisted with our camps and clinics, helping to organize and structure all aspects of the camps. She served our program as a recruiting assistant, meeting and touring key recruits and their parents. Among her many other responsibilities included the organization and maintenance of our recruiting system. Regardless of the undertaking, Briann was prepared and executed every task with enthusiasm and utmost competence.

Beyond her absolute abilities to manage every assignment effectively, she has shown an incredible work ethic, often juggling two or three jobs while taking classes in order to help pay for her education. Despite the demands on her time that few students have had to face, she managed these responsibilities in an absolutely professional manner. Among her many gifts, perhaps her greatest is her personality. Each day Briann came to work eager and prepared with an infectious, upbeat demeanor, which had a positive impact on everyone around her.

Briann is bright and insightful and has a quiet determination that will allow her to achieve all she chooses. She is an excellent listener and learner and more than capable in the classroom. As a coach and athletic administrator for 35 years, I have been blessed to watch, witness, and work with hundreds of students. Of the hundreds of young men and women I have worked with, Briann is among the very best. Simply stated, she is very special. The positive impact she had on our program cannot be overstated. She is an amazingly talented young lady who has the ability to succeed regardless of her chosen path. Please give Briann every consideration when reviewing her application. She is a deserving and exceptional candidate.

Sincerely,

Paul Page
