Present
. Directed 432d Wing Operations Center MQ-1/MQ-9 missions. Expertly
integrated multi-faceted teams consisting of intelligence, weather,
maintenance and satellite communications experts to overcome all
obstacles.
. Piloted over 300 combat sorties in the highly classified anti-
terrorist mission including Operation New Dawn, Operation Enduring
Freedom and Operation Unified Protector.
. Mission planned, identified threats and operated in high threat
environments. Utilized mission planning tools to satisfy ATO tasking
against the integrated air defense and electronic warfare systems
during OUP and OND.
. Proficient in exploiting FMV and imagery by utilizing intelligence
related communications capabilities; SIPRNET, JWICS, INTELINK and MiRC
to collaborate across the intelligence community.

for the Air Force.

budget - received $15.6 million increase in recruiting advertisement.
. Worked with advertising experts to counteract the negative
press associated with downsizing of the military - met Air Force
recruiting needs despite tough recruiting environment.
. Formulated accession issues for legislation and prepared senior
Air Force leadership for Congressional and White House testimony.
. Member of a process action team that developed a program
matching enlisted recruits' academic and physical strengths to
specific Air Force job requirements --- technical training wash out
rate decreased 12%.
USAF Aircraft Commander/ Instructor Pilot USAF, Jan 1983 - Mar 1995
. Utilized mission planning tools to satisfy ATO tasking against
the integrated air defense and electronic warfare systems during
Operation Desert Storm.
. Mission planned, identified threats and operated with low
observable (LO) assets on multiple sorties deep inside enemy airspace
during the early weeks of Desert Storm.
. Completed training program one year ahead of schedule saving
thousands in training cost.
. Provided flight and academic training in overseas navigation
and air refueling procedures.
. Mission planned and piloted 51 combat support missions during
Operation Desert Calm.
. Conducted training needs analysis and developed a curriculum
