As a lead of the Boeing floor panel assembly department, my job requires me to plan and
schedule processes accordingly. I instruct/organize daily activity for my team, while giving
direction and guidance. I have to meet all mil spec requirements and ensure on time
delivery on a monthly basis. I am Proficient in sheet metal structural layout and repairs. I
can perform repairs and assemble components for Helicopters such as Huey and Ch 47. I
can fix wing airframes such as F 15,F 22, AC 130 and space shuttle. Have experience in
airframe inspection, corrosion control, damage evaluation and required repair procedures
on structures and flight controls. Have inspection and repair knowledge, experience in
cable controlled flight systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. I examine and locate
cracks, breaks, holes, bulges, dents and loose or missing rivets on aircraft sheet metal
surfaces by visual and tactile examinations. I determine repairs needed to restore original
strength to components such as frames, stringers, bulkheads, spars, ribs and stiffeners. I
reinforce damaged or weakened skin on structural members and remove/replace portion
and complete sections. I interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches and technical
specification to determine dimensions, angles, contours, and type of attaching hardware. I
make general sheet metal repairs by manufacturing and installing new parts, reinforcing,
patching structures such as F 15 flight control bell cranks. I place support at critical points
to maintain alignment. I perform overall inspections of structures by utilizing tools such as
protractors, calipers, micrometers and depth gauges. I write up discrepancies, research
part numbers, order necessary equipment to perform the tasks. I disassemble and clean
components and subassemblies for corrosion control inspection. I am trained in riveting,
forming and fastening parts such as sheet metal skins, ribs, stringers, longerons and
spars. I modified stations, bulk heads, spars, frames, fuselage, and controlled surfaces. I
manufacture and install new parts and replace defective sheet metal parts on structures,
fuselage, and control surfaces. I install and repair clips, nut plates, gang channels, rivets
and high locks as necessary. I secure aircraft fittings by sealing, riveting, bolting, and
screwing component parts. I install or remove variety of honeycomb panels for repair. I
trim, cut, drill, and align new panels to conform to original aircraft configurations. I use and
maintain hand and power tools such as snap rings, height, depth, dial and screw pitch
gauges. I also maintain and use crimping, burning, turning, and bending machines.
Besides shears, I also use drills, hammers, rivet guns, saws, formers, brake, drill press,
sanders, and routers. I am skilled in planning, layout ad construction of items, calculate
and scribe patterns involving straight and curve edges. I am responsible for insuring work
product meets all technical order specifications.

Hours per week:50+ Assembled and fixed roofs on
houses for customers. As a roofing installer I received, assembled,stored goods for
shipments and customers.I operated machinery to safely install gutters, wall caps,
standing seams, gravel stops per specification for each customers. I prepared multiple
documents on insurance claims and customer orders. I carefully considered customer’s
preferences and needs versus safety issues. I Drove company vehicles (truck, trailers,
forklifts. Etc.) maintained and serviced company vehicles as well. In our warehouse I was
responsible for cleaning, storing, roofing supplies, and maintaining form brakes, grinders,
saws, jig saws, drills, rivet guns etc. I also had to inventory supplies and materials. I had to
shape and bend steel to be corrugated and match certain roof and siding patterns. Made
special tooling for equipment. Transported a variety of tools and equipment to on and off
site jobs via truck, van, and trailer. On site I had to plan and use the safest measures in
installing hardware to homes taking the right measures for installation and rigidity on roofs
while taking into consideration safety of other employees.

As Part Owner of a gas service station I was responsible for
accommodating customers with fast and efficient service. My duties include preparing
food, stocking and inventorying goods, handling monetary transactions with customers,
vendors and banks. I had to service and troubleshoot gasoline station dispensing
machines then I had to check and make sure they were operating properly. I had to take
into consideration peoples needs in terms of service and preference while inventorying
and taking care of customers. On the backend I had to send data back and forth to
Raceway’s corporate office while ensuring competitive pricing on gas and product. I also
troubleshoot and maintain the main sever that monitors and serves all pump activity.

As an insurance adjuster, my job required me to take multiple customers
and schedule them for appointments by organizing request dates by order. I would take
measurements on houses, make visual aids and blueprints for their insurance companies
or other insurers. I had to record data electronically and by paper. I would have to record
data for structural materials, roofing materials and age, gas or electric appliances,
foundation, hazardous surroundings, home positions, inclines, year built, animals, brush,
overhung trees, and other potential hazards. After recording data I would have to take
digital pictures of all potential and prevalent hazards then I would send all information to
my company from there we would decide which company or agency we would send our
clients to.
