Engineer, Estimator and project manager for Infrastructure projects in Hospital, Corporate and Data Center clients.

RCDD, DESIGN ENGINEER, EXPERTS / LOCKHEED MARTIN 2010 to 2013
Engineer for ITA (Information Technology Agency of Army) at Pentagon and NOC Data Center.
• Lead design surveys for Cable Infrastructure in the Pentagon and other DOD sites. Surveys include
requirements for NIPR, SIPR, SCI and Thin Client networks as well as VoIP, VoSIP and ISDN telephony
networks.
• Prepare preliminary design in order to provide TACE (Technical and Cost Estimate) for the end users.
• Prepare full design package - Installation Plan, cut-sheets, labels complete drawings with Suite/Building
layouts, backbone and internal cable plant, support systems, TR room layout, rack layouts, and wall plate

Centers
• Led Assessment Team to evaluate Data Centers for JTCOIC, government agency for counter-IED
operations. Survey covered all physical, electrical, environmental and data infrastructure aspects of the 3
Data Centers, (Normal, Secret, & Top- Secret) with specific recommendations to achieve a Tier II type Data
Center.
• Designed, cabled and certified 10/40 Gig fiber Network for new SAN network for JTCOIC Data Center.
• Project Manager to build out Data Center for DFAS-CL (Defense Finance & Acquisition Services). Project
tripled the existing Data Center space, as well as upgraded and tripled the HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Project Manager on Data Center expansion for BTA (DOD agency), building out into adjoining space and
upgrading electrical, power and low voltage (Data & Voice) communications in both Data Centers.
• Engineered, built and maintain in-house MATV system in J&J’s Corporate Headquarters to feed video and
non-corporate internet services to 13 buildings in New Brunswick, NJ Corporate Campus.

• As Project Manager / Design Engineer, provided design, negotiated pathways and permits and project managed
numerous projects expanding data and voice infrastructure throughout 7 buildings spread over 8 blocks in Crystal
City for DFAS-HQ site in Arlington, VA.

Business and Proposal Development in the Federal Market emphasizing best value/best technology solutions.
• Grew Business from $2M to $25M in annual sales as part of Senior Management Team.
• Led team responsible for 20% of the total work assigned on VA-TIP program, which covered construction and
telecommunications projects at over 200 VA Medical Centers and Data Centers. By aligning our business model to
the GSA Program Office needs, we were able to enhance their services to the Veterans Affairs Office. We
completed over $40M of work on 40 projects across the USA. Projects covered construction, HVAC, Power,
Cabling and Telecomm systems and WAN/LAN integration throughout the Medical Centers and Data Centers.
PROGRAM MANAGER/ENGINEER, Communications Products, Inc. 1994-1997
Program Manager/Engineer for Cabling managing staff of 3 project managers, 4 project supervisors, and 35 technicians.
• Designed Passive Network, prepared proposals and led team responsible for $15M of construction and cabling
projects at the DFAS–HQ in Washington DC, DFAS–Cleveland Center and DFAS–Kansas City Center, Network
Services at the DFAS-Pensacola site and construction, data and telephone projects at DFAS-Indianapolis.
• At DFAS-Indianapolis, we built the Network Operations Center (NOC), staffed and ran the Network Help Desk and
provided a $2,000,0000 cabling project at the DFAS- Indianapolis Center, which at 1.54M square feet, was the
Dept of Defense’s (DOD) 2nd largest office building in the world!
• As a result of DFAS-Indianapolis cabling project, we were invited to provide Telecommunications Services for the
Pentagon Renovation Project. Our team completed networking, telephony and cabling services for the Pentagon
Network Operations Center (NOC).
V.P. of ENGINEERING / PROJECT MANAGER, Atlantic Cable Communications, Inc. 1985-1994
Design engineering, proposal preparation and project management for LAN, WAN and CATV cable infrastructure at
government and commercial sites throughout the United States. Accounts included Massachusetts General Hospital,
Harvard Medical School, M.I.T., Boston College, the USAF, Wang Laboratories and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Designed and led team to provide, Installation and Certification of Network Infrastructure at USAF bases around
the world. Our crews completed the very first design, implementation and certification of an Air Force ULANA
based cable infrastructure at Hanscom AFB, MA. We cabled over 40 buildings at Hanscom AFB, and installed a
fiber optic backbone. In addition, our support team provided MAC and network services throughout base
• Design engineered and implemented telecommunication services at several Secret Clearance (SCIF) facilities for
Army COE (Corps of Engineers) throughout New England area.
• Designed, Installed and Certified Telecommunications Infrastructure for the first Ethernet Network at Patrick AFB,
FL, wiring 21 buildings and providing a F.O. backbone connecting the entire base. In addition I provided network
designs for 10 buildings at Cape Canaveral Air Station.
• At NASA Cape Kennedy, my team completed 2 of the 7 major projects installing and terminating 1000-strand fiber
optic cable to over 50 buildings and monitoring sites at the launch site. We introduced and enhanced some of the
most rigorous testing requirements to certify the fiber optic backbone.
• My team was responsible for wiring over 60 buildings and interconnecting the entire site running a fiber optic
backbone throughout the Michoud Assembly Plant in New Orleans, LA. This site was used by Lockheed-Martin to
build and assemble the fuel tank used for the NASA Space Shuttle.

• Engineer, Project Manager responsible for wiring Wang’s 10-building Corporate Headquarters.
