Work History:
Trinity Hospital- Minot, ND Feb 2014- April 2014
Certified Pharmacy Technician- On a day to day basis, under the supervision
of the pharmacist I was able to pull drugs from the carousel, run and
maintain a pre-packer, Fill, unload and pull out dates from the Pyxis
machine as well as inventory and return bins. Twice a day we ran cubie
reports and cleaned carousel. In the morning I was in charge of logging
temperatures on simplify.

Customer Service Manager/ Employee training development- On a day to day
basis I provide efficient and excellent service to company clients and
customers. Partnering with seven other locations, I am in charge of all the
shipping and receiving making sure my location and others are provided with
the latest fashioned and updated equipment according to other competitive
markets. Generating ideas and store structure for new vendor acquisitions
and promotions are among my monthly responsibilities. I structured employee
schedules, documented employee payroll and time, in addition, managed all
customer accounting files and ensured cashiers drawers were mathematically
balanced daily. I was also in charge of new employee training.

Certified Technician Trainee- Under the pharmacist I was able to put the
written prescriptions in the computer, find the drug and fill the orders.
When the customer arrived I was able to check them out and verify
insurance. I was also able to take inventory, restock all the drugs and
maintain cleanliness in the pharmacy area.
Memorial Hermann Hospital- The Woodlands, TX Sep 2013- Nov 2013
Certified Technician Trainee- I was able to pull drugs from the stock, run
and maintain a pre-packer, Fill, unload and pull out dates from the Pyxis
machine as well as inventory and return bins. I was trained in HIPPA and
did a few continuing education credits.

Nearly 6 years' customer service and administration experience. Extensive
knowledge in dealing with computers and computer software; (word, excel,
power point, outlook etc.) excellent knowledge of customer satisfaction and
quality of products/services. Very team oriented and a fast learner. Not
afraid to take charge in challenging situations. But most importantly, I am
dedicated to a job well done. I am HIPPA trained, I have extensive
knowledge in the pharmaceutical equipment, and I am very knowledgeable
