FileNet / ECM Manager
• Managed the migration of multiple FileNet Content Services libraries to a new environment.
• Managed the migration of a very large FileNet Image Services library to FileNet Content Services using
custom migration tools.

system, developing relationships with the business units to identify opportunities for improvement and
managing day to day activities of the FileNet systems.

• Managed client implementation projects using FileNet's document imaging and workflow
products. These projects involved custom development using Visual Basic, HTML, and ASP to develop
custom user interfaces.
• Managed the implementation of a FileNet imaging system along with custom user applications in
the State of Tennessee’s Vital Records department. Managed the entire project, designed all of the custom
user applications and assisted in the development of the custom applications.

• Managed full life cycle software development projects for the Houston area switching railroads.
This included the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

• Designed, developed and implemented a small-scale car scheduling system. This database driven
system determined a railcar's scheduled arrival time to a specified destination based upon it's current
location.
• Designed, developed and implemented a transaction based communication system to report
railcar movements and status updates to the appropriate associated railroads.
