Leading a team of inspectors in assuring that a quality product, compliant with all standards, is produced.

Assure CGMP’s are being followed.

Revise and train Inspectors on SOP’s.

Perform employee reviews.

Training in Trackwise to assist in investigations and CAPA.

Plant wide and departmental audits.

Updating the Hold Database.

Assuring Deviations are submitted and followed.

Batch record review and the interdepartmental transfer of product (ManMan).

Issuing packaging labels.

Safety training.

Updating of the First Time Right Database.

Verifying payroll (Kronos) and scheduling overtime.

Scheduling inspectors to assure all areas of production are adequately covered.
