Manage outsourced functions

Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure

adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

Prepare and estimate monthly Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available

Assist company auditors in their reports and studies for their annual evaluation

Responsible for finance department in all country sites with supervision, find proper task for each

employee, review their progress, audit their works, coaching and promoting each one based on their

work, experience, ability and their willingness to develop.

Report to head management in UK full reports including variances, payroll, cashbook including invoices

and PO and budget calculations, SI, and TAX from the established budget, with the reasons and studies

for those reports in time manner.

Role: Cash supervisor Jul. 2010 – Sep. 2011

Oversee a company’s cash flow, not merely by the month, but every day and week, ensuring there are

no discrepancies. Reduce the cash amount found in collectable status while increasing the

disbursement float, so that the company maintains the cash flow projected. If there are problems,

identify them and come up with solutions.

Prepare cash for payroll for all 3000 employee in all country sites and projects, ensure no discrepancies

for each one

Daily insert, manage, count, and control all payments types including safe incoming and outgoing

each transection with their correct codes for cashbook

Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data according to time sheets

received from all HODs.

Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions,

and job title and department/division transfers e.g. update martial status for each employee with copy

documents to match the tax office records.

Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and

nontaxable wages.

Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
