My responsibility was to transport ill and elderly passengers to various locations
throughout Maryland. I would provide quality customer service to insure a pleasant trip

Management of any possible problem that may occur prior, during and after transporting
passengers. Document all transaction and if necessary provide any problems in writing to
leadership. Also, include operating the wheel chair lift for passengers that needed the
