Design and Engineering

Maintaining and updating catalogues & price list.
Initial processing and reviewing of Tender Documents to determine the scope of work.
Evaluating technical & Commercial Specifications based on tender documents .
Detailed study of the MEP construction and architectural drawings for the Project requirements.
Preparation of Material Take Offs (MTO’s) and Equipment/ Material Requisitions related to above

Evaluation of vendors’ technical and commercial proposals, and providing recommendations.
Preparation of comparison statement based on various quotations received.
Preparation of cost sheets and BOQ’s.

Preparation of List of Commercial and Technical Clarifications.
Submissions of Tender along with required documents and guarantees
Attending Tender negotiation meeting with Managers and submitting revised offer.
Negotiation with the material suppliers and material finalization as per specifications provided by the
Consultants.
Preparation of material submission for Consultant submission and approval.
Coordination with the suppliers and purchase department for the procurement of materials.
