CSC was the third largest adult private corrections facilities.

• Spearheaded the merger of CCI and YSI with CSC to create the largest juvenile services provider in the United

States.

• Managed the integration of all three juvenile companies; oversaw the facility shut-downs and start-ups;

strategize the structure of the juvenile division, finances and development; participated in Government and

Business Development Relations.

Youth Services International, Inc (YSI) Baltimore, MD

YSI was the largest publicly traded juvenile corrections facilities in the US. They had 48 facilities in 27 states and Puerto

Rico.

1998-1999 Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer

• Established CCI as a wholly owned subsidiary of YSI.

• Assumed management of the operations and soon after became Co-CEO, to lead the company from an

operations standpoint, in the sale to CSC.

Community Corrections, Inc (CCI) Hondo, TX

Started and created CCI which grew from a SBA loan and an idea to seven correctional facilities in the state of Texas.

CCI also had multiple satellite facilities throughout the US servicing over 700 kids.

1994-1998 President

• Developed the company from start-up to the largest provider in the State of Texas.

• CCI added two facilities every year to maintain a strategic growth pattern.

• Contracted with states like the State of Georgia to manage the statewide aftercare program for youth committed

to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

• Eventually merged the company with the industry leader in order to continue the growth strategy
