Profile Summary
B.Tech (Electronics and Communication) from Kannur University with project experience in ‘Ant
Robotics’ and ‘Obstacle Avoidance Robot with DTMF interface’. Also studied about the topic ‘Doping-
less TFET’ and presented a paper on it. Possess a good leadership for past 7 years and ability in handling
multiple priorities with ease. I am looking for opportunities in ‘Digital Electronics’, ‘Optical Fiber
Communication’, ‘Wireless Mobile Communication’ and ‘Satellite Communication’.
Professional Experience
Project Experience
Title: Ant Robotics
Period: 1 Month
Description: Ant robots are an implementation of swarm robotics. The project contains two types
of robots; a leading master robot and a group of following robots. Each of them consists of micro-
controllers with appropriate driver motors and communication facilities. O nly the leading robot
has the intelligence for navigation. Leading robots can be initialized using RF module. The
number of following robots is determined by the master. Leading robot consists of an IR
transmitter for communication with followers, RF module for navigation, micro-controller for data
manipulation and driver motor for locomotion.
Title: Collision avoidance Robot with DTMF interface
Period: 1 month
Description: This project is to design a robot with obstacle detection and avoidance capability,
range finder and also to respond to commands from DTMF. The project intends to control the
robot based on ultrasonic, infrared and DTMF technology. The working of the robot is by reading
the input from the ultrasonic and infrared sensor and accordingly ma noeuvres the robot. This
project also incorporates a built in mechanism to find the distance of the robot car from the
obstacle. The distance is then displaced on an LCD.
Presentation Experience
Title: Doping-less TFET: Design.
Description: A detailed study of the doping-less tunnel field effect transistor (TFET) on a thin
intrinsic silicon film using charge plasma concept. Without the need for any doping, the source
and drain regions are formed using the charge plasma concept by choosing appropriate work
functions for the source and drain metal electrodes. The doping-less TFET is expected to be free
from problems associated with random dopant fluctuations. Fabrication of doping-less TFET does
not require high-temperature doping annealing processes.
