ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND SKILLS
Graduate of the Watson School of Engineering at SUNY Binghamton with
a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Computer skills include:
ProEngineer, Microsoft Office Suite, TORA, AutoCad, LabView, Arena, MatLab.
Advanced Lab experience with the simulation program Arena and Microsoft
Excel to map systems for optimization. Teaching Assistant for Engineering
Automation and Control lab which utilizes Autocad, ProE, LabView, PLCs and
MatLab. Part of a team that simulated and optimized the SUNY Binghamton
postal service packaging and distribution centers, then presented the
conclusions to staff and professors. Worked with a team to design a
completely operational fictional manufacturing facility out of country for
senior project utilizing all of the skills acquired throughout job and
college careers including operations, optimization, simulation,
distribution and on the spot decision making.
Budget and financial adviser for Lagond Music, a small business
dedicated to teaching music and band rehearsals, and developed a fully
operation Excel spreadsheet able to track daily profits and losses for a
full year.
Internship at American Specialties tasked with re-evaluating time
studies and cost estimates for the assembly line of various products. In
charge of designing an automated cost estimation program using Microsoft
Excel for all mirror products. Designed layouts using 2D modeling software
to program the sheet metal CNC laser cutter.
