Career Summary:
My passion for Mechanical Engineering helps me to grow individually as well
as part of a corporate team. Being innovative in my approach towards
challenges, I see problems as opportunities to grow and I rest only after I
have successfully overcome the problem.
Currently, working with Velosi Asset Integrity Limited (VAIL) as a RBI
(Risk Based Inspection) Engineer. Responsible for the roles of Risk based
Inspection (Quantitative RBI) and report writing.
Technical Skills include complete understanding of Process flow diagrams
and piping & instrumentation diagrams, isometric drawings, preparation of
corrosion circuits. Analyzing & maintaining the data received from the
client. Identification & listing of all operational dead legs in piping &
Equipments from P&IDs into RBI Import spread sheet. Population of working
and design data of piping & equipments from P&IDs, GA Drawings, PFDs &
inspection history in VAIL-Plant template.

Project Scope: The scope of this project was Development and Review of
Computerized Integrity Engineering Procedures which covered the
following tasks.
Role:
. Marking, checking, verification and Update of Piping Isometrics of
complete scope of work.
. Building New Asset Registers and Inspection Plans.
. Update Engineering Changes and Replacement Data in CIMS.

Final Year Project:
Design and fabrication of biogas digester and to use biogas as an
alternative fuel for four stroke petrol engine. The extraction of biogas
from digester, and then compresses it to a high pressure for combustion in
four stroke petrol engine.
