Coordinated and supervised the set-up of product research across several US

markets.

Communicated with clients on various issues pertaining to research projects

such as: obtaining suitable dates for executing a study, coordinating the

handling/shipping of test products to testing facilities, ensuring all

client needs and objectives were met in a timely manner.

Responsible for developing and writing screening questionnaires used to

recruit respondents. Prepared custom study questionnaires designed to tap

into consumers' minds by using the 5 senses to unravel the key drivers of

consumer purchasing behavior.

Worked internally with junior and senior team members to develop supply

lists, study logistics, tab specifications for data collection and

analyses. Oversaw a number of pre-study and post study needs such as:

checking program test links, modifying and enhancing computer-programmed

questionnaires and collecting study data. Worked with both in-house data

processing team and statistical service agencies to ensure all data

processing needs were processed and delivered in a timely manner.

of products tested, identifying winners and losers, key sensory and
