Responsibilities of a PRINCIPAL/VICE-PRINCIPAL
I was actively involved from admission to exit of the students. It includes
monitoring students note-books, report cards, meeting with the parents
about students progress, motivating students, teaching and non-teaching
staffs, etc I was involved in the administration work as well. All India
level General Knowledge was conducted .Quiz, Debate,Kannada Rajyothsava
day and Hindi day celebrations,Sports -Day and Annual day were held during
my period. Apart from this I was handling one subject for High school
students.
Extra curricular activities
. Conducted Summer-camp for the children twice and got very good
response from the children and the parents.
. Gave a talk in All India Radio about people's interest in Hindi
literature.
. Was invited by Thirumala Thirupati Devasthanam Board for their Sri
Venkateshwara Bhakti Channal (SVBC TV) for rendering Devotional
commentary in Kannada
. Attended the workshops - Tap Your Genies at Leela Palace and also
Women's Empowerment, Bangalore.

college for Social and Cultural programme.
