Working Skills:
Fabrication of parts that are not readily available through the normal supply chain utilizing mathematics,
engineered drawings, and blueprints as required. I am skilled with various types of hand, pneumatic and
calibrated tools. I also use Clips, brackets, doublers, and fillers; alongside, drill motors, Docto grinders
(straight and 90 degree), rivet guns, "C" and alligator squeezes, Cherry max gun; snips back shop
machines, including throttle shears, power bender/brakes, sheet metal shrinker /stretcher, drill press and
sanders. Other tools I am experienced with are: wrenches, grinding and cutting wheels, rotary files,
ratchets, sockets, pliers, vise grips, c-clamps, Clecos, hole duplicators, screw drivers, punches, scribes
which are included in my duties.
I am experienced in exact measuring of stock metal in process of fabricating parts and drilling
close tolerance holes, the deploying of six and twelve inch scales, micrometers, dial calipers, T-squares,
dividers, ball gauges, hole reamers, micro stops, digital calipers and torque wrenches. Sheet metal
mechanic duties include many sealants, adhesives and resins for composite bonding and repair; corrosion
control is another crucial part of my job. I have the ability to complete the work safely and in a timely

manner and with little or no supervision. I have knowledge of all safety procedures within a
manufacturing environment. I am flexible and able to work any shift, hours and weekends.
Assembly intake and inject, Cover for a 737(engine) install rivets, drill, countersink, by Q.A. expects, and
customer requirements as Boeing, North Grumman, Goodyear, Gulfstream, Fallon, Raytheon, Hawker,
Apache.
Installed coils, electrical, panel and door assembly, including drilling, trimming to fit, countersink where
required by blueprints, riveting and screws by precision, any changes by blueprints or engineering orders,
on air condition units for army aircraft.
Exhaust assembly (titanium) on different aircraft as F-15, C-130, E2c, 747, and 737, including drilling,
precision tools, countersink, screws and rivets by blueprints. 16 years of experience working as a senior
major assemble, knowledge of aircraft tools, high speed, grinder, rivet shooting gun, squeezer gun, and
hand-and-hand machine drills, fiber glass cut outs for certain parts. Ability to read, implement and
complete blue prints.
