As Workout Officer, TD Bank N.A., responsible for the management and collections of assets, negotiations of settlements and resolution of criticized assets, responsible for resolution of $20MM in revenue. • Turnaround Management was instrumental in improving business operations. Automated workflow for new account underwriting and on-going risk management at Wright Express, Financial Services Corp. Initiative reduced cycle time and per unit costs while increasing customer satisfaction. Established a new application process, increasing scalability 100%, achieving a same day decision for new sales applications. This was done without increasing bad debt exposure.
