Resume:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please consider my information for positions in the areas of human resource training, instructional

systems design or performance improvement that exist within your organization. Having completed

a master’s degree in instructional technology from East Stroudsburg State University and I am

currently seeking opportunities in the training field in an entry level position. A significant part of

the instructional technology program at East Stroudsburg University includes courses in the

expanding field of human performance technology – HPT. HPT is an expanding field because not

all performance problems are resolved by training interventions; training may be one of many

possible solutions to a performance dilemma.

Although my experience in the field is limited, I am resourceful and will be an asset to any

organization seeking to add a professional to their team. My desire is to assist organizations in the

human resource training and development or performance improvement area.

Sincerely,

Sophia Samuél
