Project: GNPower Facility, Bataan Philippines. 2X 300 MW 1 on 1 Coal fired units. Total plant output 600 MW. Work also included the installation of a heavy lift wharf for equipment offloading and a coal jetty and ship off loading pier for Panamax coal ships.

Onsite Construction Management for the execution of day-to-day construction activities, manage project budget, resolve engineering issues, and insure EHS compliance. Develop and maintain local utility, local government and community relationships. Scope included the oversight of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work, review of systems test, commissioning, start-up procedures and performance testing.

The Contractor was (CNEEC) China National Electric Equipment Corporation out of Beijing, PRC, and the Engineering is being performed by (NEPC) Northeast China Electric Power Construction Incorporation of Shanghai, PRC.

Onsite Construction Manager for the execution of day-to-day construction activities, resolve engineering issues, manage project budget and insure EHS compliance. Develop and maintain local utility, local government, and community relationships.

Scope included construction management of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work, oversight and review of systems test, commissioning, and start-up procedures.

Offsite work included the installation of 2 kilometers of 230-kilovolt (kV) transmission lines with structural towers and switchyard, and the underground installation of 3 kilometers of 8 inch city water main supplying water to the facility.

Scope included all civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work, and management of systems test, commissioning, start-up procedures and performance testing.

Owners work outside the EPC Contractors scope included the installation of 2 kilometers 230-kilovolt (kV) transmission lines with structural towers and installation of switchyard at the T-Line Connection.. Other work outside the EPC scope was the underground installation of a city water main, hydrogen skid, nitrogen skid, CO2 skid and the installation of an electric boiler and vacuum pump system.
