28 drill heads and replaced all but one machine with 4 CNC
Vertical Machining Centers, thereby reducing department

environment.
I was the project coordinator on a true KanBan / Kaizan, near
zero WIP multi-function manufacturing operation. This
included turning, machining, milling, welding and assembly
operations all in the same functional area.
- ISO9000/90001 trained, (twice) and worked for two certified
companies.
I was an internal Auditor with extensive Process
Documentation experience.
- Integration of three Six Axis Robots for high speed product
manufacturing.
Project leader on an automated transfer line for spot /
resistance welding of sheet metal fabricated Barbecue Grill
Boxes.
- Welding Supervisor of 42 welders.
Served as a first line supervisor, with two lead men under
myself, of a weld / fabrication department, manufacturing Lift
Trucks.
- Member of a Design Engineering Group as a design for
manufacturability Engineer.
Cost analysis of every component of a Lift Truck in a true
concurrent engineering design project.
- Integration of a $3.4 million dedicated CNC transfer
machining line.
Project leader and top CNC Programmer on a, 16 machining,
station computerized transfer line.
- Owner of a small underground lawn sprinkler instillation
business during my college years. I am a true self
starter and can work with minimal supervision and acquire
the desired results. I have restarted this same company to
support my self after my last engineering lay-off, but would
like to get back into industry and engineering.
