– till date: Graduate assistant with the Evidence based software engineering group at CMU-SV to

work with software engineering practicum and research teams, apply quantitative and qualitative

Life Sciences & Healthcare domain- for a large US based Life-sciences account - Raritan, New Jersey

Program Manager of the Interactive Marketing Open-source web portfolio: The program involved

the Design, Build, Upgrade/Migrate or Remediate - Internet based websites for customer’s operating

companies - targeted at a diverse audience – doctors, patients, healthcare professionals, sales

representatives and consumers. The project was executed in the Agile Scrum methodology. Key

activities:

- Managed program with multiple / cross-functional work streams from the initial phases of planning

and requirements definition to sustainment.

- Managed project costs and schedule, co-ordinated with various stakeholders and effectively

managed risks and capacity planning, for quicker response to change in business demand.

- Managed the program and executed projects that stayed within scope while meeting stringent
