Description: My study carried in UNISOURCCE TREEND INDIA, TIRUPUR where it

deals with what are all the labour laws that the industry enforced and how

for they are taking into consideration of these laws. Even though it is

must to enforce the laws but still the industry has undergone certain

exemptions from the government. So my study describe about all these

parameters. Apart from that project also explains how for the employees

aware of these labour laws regulation in their industry.

Summer Project at Post-Graduation Level

Description: At Lycatel I have carried out survey with in the Organization

on to know the perception of the employees regarding the Appraising methods

at Lycatel an to identify how Appraisal System assists the employees to

performe their task with involvement.

Area of study : Textile & Garment making

Title : Blending Of Silk &

And Lyocell .

Duration of the Project : 4 months

Description: Blending of silk and lyocell in different ratios such as

50:50, 70:30 & 80:20.

After weaving, dyeing is done and different types of finishing such as

aroma, uv, anti micribiasl, flame retardant etc.., have been given. After

testing with respect to its flexural rigidity, air permeability,

garment(kid's frock & men's shirt) is constructed.
