raw and packaging materials to production team in a timely manner. Contacted suppliers
and vendors to guarantee materials were delivered on time. Conducted end of year
inventory and also spot cycle counts to help manage material throughout year. Resolved
discrepancies with inventory software (Made to Manage) for managing materials and actual
physical counts of the inventory. Kitted jobs with accuracy for production team and
ensured timely delivery of these kits. Arranged logistics for outbound and inbound
shipments on a daily basis.

• RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivered paint striping trucks to job sites which required a CDL A
license plus N endorsement. Performed routine maintenance inspections on tractor-trailer,
tankers, straight, and pick-up trucks and communicated any problems to maintenance crew.
Picked up parts and materials for emergency deliveries. Inventoried and loaded material
for road striping support vehicles. Performed inventory of all material in three month
cycles. Unloaded/loaded tractor-trailers with fork truck on a daily basis. Ordered supplies

TITLE: Shipping/Receiving Manager, Materials Handler
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the procurement of all incoming and outgoing material into the
facility. Unloaded and loaded tractor-trailer vehicles using fork lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Took inventory
of all incoming material and delivered material in a timely fashion to respective parties. Developed
spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to document and track all outgoing and incoming material. Created special
packaging for highly expensive and fragile material which included assembly of custom wooden crates and
assorted packaging. Loaded and unloaded molds and oversized material using ratchet straps, winch bars,
ratchet binders, and chain binders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Received and delivered automobile prototype parts for JIT delivery. Forecasted
part requirements/part shortages and communicated the status of material in weekly meetings. Inventoried
material into GM Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software. Ordered material for production line thru
GM mainframe inventory system. Maintained inventory levels for demanding production schedule for
automobile assembly. Served as a liaison between management, suppliers, and vendors in order to procure
material for a highly demanding production schedule.
