instruction for the basic navigation of Epic at the elbow. I instructed on EHR charting, order

and verified patient prescriptions, called and verified patients insurance for benefits and
eligibility. Maintained patients chart meeting all state and accreditors requirements. Trained
office staff on HIPPA, regulatory guidelines and DME software(s). Trained patients on
proper use of home medical devices. Followed up with patients for satisfactory service with
surveys. My business passed and received accreditation from Medicare approved
accreditors in 2008-2010 from both JACHO and The Compliance Team. Prepared all claims
