development and validation developed and produced provider-training manuals. Provided

instruction for the basic navigation of Epic at the elbow. I instructed on EHR charting, order

entry and clinical documentation. I assessed the needs of students and modified class content

and or teaching method to meet those needs. Trained end users on how to build their smart

phases, smart sets which helps to manage their in baskets.

care providers to provide supplies to their patient(s) Conducted patient intakes, reviewed

and verified patient prescriptions, called and verified patients insurance for benefits and

eligibility. Maintained patients chart meeting all state and accreditors requirements. Trained

office staff on HIPPA, regulatory guidelines and DME software(s). Trained patients on

proper use of home medical devices. Followed up with patients for satisfactory service with

surveys. My business passed and received accreditation from Medicare approved

accreditors in 2008-2010 from both JACHO and The Compliance Team. Prepared all claims

and submitted claims to medical biller for payments from Medicare and Medical.
