operations, construction and manufacturing management, including management
of multi-site projects throughout the U.S. and worldwide. I was fortunate
to have had the opportunity to take 13 years of manufacturing management
experience and apply those same basic organizational and management skills
in construction management for the past 12 years. In addition I am a
seasoned corporate executive and have consistently exceeded company
objectives achieving double digit gains in revenues and profits.
Governmental and International Experience: My career has given me the
opportunity to work with local, state and federal governmental agencies
including Governors, Senators and their respective staffs, state permitting
agencies and as a civilian contractor in a classified environment with the
Department of Defense. In addition I have worked in foreign markets as
well as providing leadership, training and hospitality to representatives
and leaders of varied nations such as: France, Italy, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi
Arabia, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Held a Secret
Clearance for a DOD civilian contractor working on operational sites
located within the US and overseas.

* As Construction Project Manager with GR&S, Inc. (2013 - present) have
been responsible for management of 3 separate multi-million dollar
construction contracts located in multiple locations. In addition to
construction management position I was assigned as chief estimator for
all corporate bid opportunities with total values ranging from $2M to
$8M.
* As Vice President of Enviro-Tech (2002-2013) Manage Enviro-Tech's
construction division specializing in the design/build/operation of water
and wastewater plants and systems. Responsible for all construction
management including job order contract administration, scope of work,
cost estimate and proposal development, subcontractor buyout and
coordination, scheduling, architect/engineer coordination, project
documentation and customer relations management.

* Managed over $30 million of production during my first year as Production
Manager for Westinghouse/TCOM L.P. (1988-1997). I quickly moved thru the
Westinghouse corporate ranks including an assignment as a Senior Project
Engineer providing engineering and project management for the
construction and operation of overseas military installations. In
addition I spent two years as a flight director on a US Customs Aerostat
site and spent a year aboard a military vessel in the Caribbean Sea as a
Senior Project Engineer. As Plant Manager of the TCOM Ground Systems
Division, I managed a new plant start-up including site search and
acquisition, facility planning and layout, construction management as
well as developing and implementing assembly methods, procedures and
production tracking. I orchestrated a positive return on the investment
in new plant and equipment after only 2 years of operation.
