Worked closely with the chemists and engineers of Kendall Company and its contractors to develop innovative

products for the defense department. First to develop patented medical devices (such as "Curasilk,"

"Polyvent," and "Curad Stretch Bandages") for everyday home use. Helped develop pipeline coatings used on

the Alaska Pipeline Project. Helped to coordinate the installation of state-of-the-art equipment for the

production of pressure-sensitive tapes. Assisted chemists with product trial-runs of innovative medical

technology, including pressure sensitive, hypoallergenic surgical dressings.

Supervision

Supervised all calendaring and scheduling of production runs for the entire second shift, responsible for

$175,000 worth of finished product per shift, handled shift scheduling, and became operations manager for

second shift.

Leadership

Consistently stepped forward to interact with plant management. I am a Para-legal and have served as a non-

attorney representative for disability cases through the Social Security Administration. I have ten years of

experience in the legal field of Administrative Law, representing disability cases before the Social Security

Administration. Participated in the corporate auditors' review process to ensure facility compliance was met.

Gathered information during the week prior to each audit. Chosen by peers to be Communication

Representative. Volunteered to coordinate the creation of two outdoor patio break facilities working with a

budget in excess of $100,000. Attained rank of Captain with the grade of Squadron Commander in the United

States Civil Air Patrol.
