6. Monthly and Annual Consumption Reports.
7. Handling of guest complaints.
8. Attending guest floors, public area, linen & laundry and checking of rooms.
9. Preparing duty rosters and staff allotment.
10. Verification of supplies consignments.
11. Preparing daily and monthly sale summary of guest laundry.
12. Managing effectively daily operations including staffing and coordination with other
departments.
13. Monitored productivity of all activities and recommended improvements.
14. Strong emphasis on maintaining guest relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
15. Verifying accurate room status information is maintained and properly
